Located in Landevieille, you are less than 10 minutes from the ocean, Lake Jaunay, and the adventure park, and just a short walk from the village supermarket, bakery, and restaurant. The beaches of Brétignolles-sur-Mer are easily reached by a dedicated bike path connecting the two towns (about 5 km, or a 30-minute ride). The house offers a spacious central living room with fireplace and French doors opening onto the terrace, a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, filter and Espresso coffee machines), a table with bench seating, two bathrooms with showers (one with a washing machine), and a separate toilet. The four bedrooms accommodate up to 9 guests: two single beds (90 cm), one double bed (140 cm), one queen-size bed (160 cm), and bunk beds with an extra pull-out bed (90 cm). The 1,500 m² tree-filled, quiet garden is ideal for families: terrace, barbecue, sunny area sheltered from summer crowds, and plenty of space to play.
